Do you know what libraries have to offer you?
Yes you can get books, but you can also get:
The library service aims to provide you with knowledge and information to for your education and having fun!
Plus, if you want to start your own group – the library can help!
Bracknell Forest has nine libraries, and the staff will listen and talk to you about running your own group. You don’t have to run it in the library – we can come to a youth club too.
So how do I join the library?
It’s all good news…
Membership is free and it doesn’t matter how old you are!. Everyone who lives, works or studies in Bracknell or a council area near Bracknell, may join.
You will be asked to fill in a short form and to provide two official documents or forms of ID that show your name and address and signature. If you are under16, a parent, grandparent or legal guardian will need to sign the form.
If you already have an e-+ card from school or the sports centre, we can add your library membership to it. If you don’t already have an e-+ card we will take your photograph when you join and your new card will be sent to your home.
