When you have things that are worrying you, there are plenty of people that you could think about talking to. It could be that you are worried about one of your friends, they may have told you something is happening to them and want you to help. Or something might be happening to you that you want to stop.
There are lots of people you could think about talking to; Friends, friends parents or gaurdians, youth workers, teachers, whoever you feel safest talking to.
The most important thing is that you don’t hide it and try to deal with it yourself.
