Transport

Do we need to always use a car to get around? Transport contributes a lot of pollution in the air. With more cars on the road and more people travelling further, we are all adding to pollution. Check out the CO2 calculator in the hotlinks to see how much CO2 you have saved by not using a car.

We could all do more by using public transport, and not taking journeys we don’t really need to do. Try walking to school or college, and only using a car when you really need to. If we all do our bit, then we could help save the planet.

For more ideas about transport check out the link.

Sustrans is an organisation that gives ways for people to get around without polluting the air we breathe.

….and you know what…. Cycling is faster than you think!
